a Marjong Statistic Fundamentalist

Recently I found a website about marjong by Totsugeki-Touhoku, and bought his book written in 2004 (both in Japanease). This is the only Marjong textbook written scientifically.
He discovered many new strategies, and discarded many.
Now I'm studying guided by his book.
